Growing City did a complete redesign renovation of our 2 bedroom condo. (Approx. 1900 sq ft) Nihuel was very attentive to detail and incredibly responsive. Once again Growing City proved themselves with a prompt and timely repair of our storm damaged condo. We returned to the island to discover that our condo suffered water damage from hurricane Irma. Our condo association replaced damaged drywall, but replacing baseboard , matching wall color and texture was left to us. An e-mail plea to Growing City was answered promptly, and after assessing the damage a repairman was on site in less than a day. His repair was exquisite in quality, he matched the colors and textures perfectly, and we unable to tell that the wall was damaged. Baseboard was also replaced and water stained areas repaired and repainted also. The clean up was completed and left spotless. Our experience with Growing City was nothing short of outstanding. We contracted with them to completely gut and refurbish our Marco Island condo based on a recommendation from a family member who had used them before, and as you can see from the photos, the final product is just beautiful. Eduardo and his son Nihuel made the entire process - from initial planning all the way through completing the final punch list items - very simple and painless. They had great recommendations on the design, and guided us in the right direction for selecting materials such as tile, cabinets, fixtures and countertops. They helped us make cost/benefit decisions on upgrades we were considering, and we never felt that they were trying to up-sell or encourage us to spend more than our budget allowed. We trusted that they had our best interests in mind, which is something we've rarely experienced when dealing with contractors. Eduardo and Nihuel handled all of the required permits and paperwork, and dealt with our condo association and inspections, which eliminated a lot of headaches for us. They kept us updated on the construction process and sent pictures so we could see their progress. They were very responsive to our emails and phone calls and we always felt fully informed on what was going on. We are absolutely thrilled with how our condo turned out. The entire project felt seamless; there were no surprises and everything happened exactly as planned. In fact, they finished the project almost a month earlier than they originally estimated. The quality of work and attention to detail is excellent, and we feel that Growing City fully met, and even exceeded all of our expectations. Not sure if Growing City is the least expensive option around (we didn't do a lot of comparisons), but I doubt that there are many (if any) contractors who could provide the same level of service, quality and value that they do. I've done enough rehab projects to know that they are truly exceptional at what they do. He showed me several examples of completed and ongoing total renovation projects that were of comparable upscale water front condo properties.
